Your quotation and delivery

AVELLA BUILD PTY LTD, ABN 72 692 093 708, supplies the agreed construction takeoff and BOQ preparation service. The quotation identifies the source documents and revision, included trades and components, fixed Australian-dollar fee including GST, deliverables and delivery timing. Review and accept that scope before paying. Starting prices on the website are indicative, not an accepted project quotation.

Measured physical quantities, billing quantities and procurement quantities are distinguished where applicable. Project-specific unresolved design information and selections remain with the affected items. Construction rates or a priced estimate are included only when separately agreed in the quotation.

New drawings, revisions or additional scope are assessed against the accepted baseline and receive a separate quotation. A confirmed error in our supplied agreed scope is corrected without a new service fee. Contact Avella promptly with the project and item reference so we can investigate.

Your statutory rights, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights, are not excluded. Cancellation, payment disputes or a requested refund are reviewed against the agreed scope, work supplied and applicable rights; no automated refund is promised or executed.

Your documents and contact details

Submit documents only where you own them or have permission to commission this service. We use your project information to assess scope, communicate project questions, prepare the measured package, arrange agreed payment and supply the files.

The Project Room is hosted by Cloudflare. Uploaded files are privately stored and processed through Avella's local Windows production workflow. Payment information is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout; the Project Room does not collect card numbers. These providers operate distributed infrastructure, so data may be processed outside Australia. The authorised local operator uses OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex to interpret your project documents; relevant document text and images may be processed by OpenAI as part of preparing your requested service. The gateway does not invoke additional paid recognition or model APIs.

Cloudflare handles encrypted transport and database storage; file content is additionally encrypted by the gateway. Access is restricted to your Project Room and the authorised Avella operator. The browser stores a secure session cookie. The private recovery code restores access to the same room; keep it confidential. There are no advertising trackers on this site. Optional first-party analytics are off until you opt in through Privacy preferences. If enabled, they count allowlisted actions, page names and broad referral categories, without names, email addresses, document names, full URLs, access codes or payment details. Event records are retained for up to 90 days of active collection. You can turn future counts off through Privacy preferences. Essential private-session cookies are separate from optional analytics.

Project records are retained for delivery, corrections, reconciliation and legitimate record-keeping. This initial service does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; relevant business, legal and payment records may need to be retained. Session access lasts up to 90 days; contact Avella if access needs to be restored after expiry.

Customer and architect drawings are not published as examples without verified publication permission. The Vale Residence example was created specifically for Avella and uses actual native measured outputs.

Availability and enquiries

Package selection is a free scope enquiry. Introductory eligibility limits are shown with the packages. No service is purchased and no processing capacity is reserved by submitting an enquiry. Scope, final fee, inclusions and timing require a fixed quotation and your agreement. Self-service purchases and continuous unattended fulfilment are not active.

Enquiry and delivery status appear in your private Project Room when available. Automatic email notifications are not yet active. If you need assistance or want a record deleted, use the contact below; deletion requests are reviewed individually, including any legitimate retention requirements.
