Starting basis: one straightforward, well-documented residential dwelling up to 300 m², two levels and 30 drawing sheets, with one current source revision. The individual service covers one defined trade; the complete-project service covers all required agreed project trades. Document quality, components and complexity determine the final fixed quote.
Clear scope. Coordinated quantities.
Rates and a priced construction estimate are separately agreed. Drawing revisions and new scope receive a separate change quote, starting from A$49 incl. GST where the change is small. Confirmed errors in our delivered scope are corrected without a new service fee.

What do I receive?
An editable Excel BOQ, coordinated colour-marked plans and a clear record of the measured scope. Choose a complete individual trade package or a project package bringing together all required trades. Each quotation confirms the project documents, trade coverage and delivery format.
Can you cover a single trade or the whole project?
Both. An individual trade package gives your subcontractor or estimator a focused bill and marked plans. A complete project package coordinates all required trade packages into a master BOQ, making the scope easier to compare, price and hand over.
How is my fee confirmed?
Send the drawings, specifications and the scope you need. The quotation identifies your trade coverage, deliverables, fixed fee and timing before you commit.
Whose plans are shown here?
The demonstration residence was created specifically for Avella. It does not reproduce, trace or anonymise an architect’s or customer’s plan. Its measurements and outputs are real, but it is a demonstration, not a client case study. Client drawings stay private unless their publication rights are established.
When will I receive my package?
Your quotation confirms delivery timing against the size and requirements of your project. Revisions are recorded separately so everyone can work from the correct issue.
How does the BOQ help my pricing?
Use the itemised quantities to apply your rates, request comparable supplier and subcontractor prices, and discuss scope with your project team. Trade coordination helps identify interfaces and makes outstanding design selections visible.
