Provide plans, sections, ceiling layouts, partition details, board schedules and the relevant lining specification.
Scope boundaries
Unspecified heights, layers and performance systems remain TBC. Stud framing, insulation, decorative trims and ordering waste are included only when expressly agreed.
Introductory test offers for 1 residential dwelling, up to 2 storeys and 5 relevant plan sheets per trade, using one current drawing issue. A fixed quote confirms eligibility, included scope, capacity and delivery timing before you proceed. Complex work, unresolved design, revisions and additional sheets receive a separate quote. No payment is taken with an enquiry.
